Important Notes:
(01) It will be mandatory for Eligible candidates of the post of Assistant Professor in sr. number (01) and (02) to fill the Academic Score Calculation Form and Guidelines given in the above table’s column (06) and submit the form on an e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and send a hardcopy should be received by the University on or befor 31/07/2025.
(02) Eligible Candidates who do not submit the Academic Score Calculation Form by the last date will be ineligible for further recruitment process.
(03) The candidate will have to claim his score in the Academic Record and Research Performance Form, taking into account the documents submitted with the application, and for this, the guidelines as per the UGC rules will have to be implemented.
(04) All further instructions regarding this recruitment process will be kept on the university website from time to time; hence candidates are advised to keep checking the website.
